my helpful input here is suggesting that people find a product that delivers the services requested and has functional support staff, my tone is one of disgust that such a simple thing as setting up an automated VPS account and forwarding the info to the customer appears to be a bridge too far.
The entire experience thus far has been underwhelming. No response from “Alex”, no access the VPS control panel, no IP, no way to confirm that the service sold was actually delivered, and so on. Been two days, no response, no VPS service. Figure the best option at this point is to dispute the charge and get a refund through my financial institution. i don’t expect to hear anything from these guys within ten days, so that no quibble refund, like the product and services, is probably smoke and mirrors.
