Not to be rude or disrespect. It seems even just updating AVChat as it is now is complex.
- No updates in months
- Tons of security issues.
- Support has gone down hill
- YouTube is UGLY looking when people post YouTube videos
- Theme Customization is limited and doesn’t give a lot of color control leaving sites to use the stupid light theme.
I can go on and on. And I’ve seen other Flash Software offer more features functionalities for both user / admin.
You guys make money on a year to year basis for those whom chose to do that.
You guys make money on those whom choose to pay every 3 months.
Even while people are paying money whether it’s 3 Months, 1 Year. People are losing out on a product that isn’t being supported as it is now. So I take it, it is just complex to make fixes and updates in its current form just as it would be if you were to design a WebRTC version of AVChat… Totally makes sense.
I would recommend you guys remove this from your website as it hasn’t been true in years:
We release a major build every 1 to 2 months. Each one adds cool new features and options. Most of them are in response to requests in our feature requests forum.
View builds history on our blog.
It’s like you guys want money, but don’t want to put any effort into the product in itself.
It’s a bummer! From this stand point from what I see it’s about money, being lazy and get paid for doing NOTHING!
Well, I don’t pay companies to do NOTHING!
Even if you offered AVChat as a SAAS solution I feel like it will not go anywhere to be honest with the direction AVChat has been going these past few years.
